Portfolio Manager IT & Digital

The challenge

As our Portfolio Manager, you focus on the following responsibilities:

·      Own the Digital Portfolio:

You take ownership of the Group Digital Roadmap and portfolio, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and create measurable impact.

·      Create Clarity & Transparency:

You provide structure, visibility and insights across the portfolio, enabling informed decision‑making at Group level.

·      Shape Governance:

You translate digital developments and business needs into clear portfolio and demand governance frameworks that strengthen the Digital & Data organization.

·      Trusted Advisor:

Your proactive guidance supports stakeholders across countries and domains, balancing ambition, feasibility and risk.

·      Be the Culture Carrier:

You embody Vebego’s purpose and values, connect easily with stakeholders and actively contribute to our collaborative, people‑oriented culture.

This is what you bring

• A completed relevant higher education and at least 6–8 years of experience in portfolio management, digital transformation or delivery leadership.
• Solid expertise in portfolio governance, prioritization and digital delivery processes.
• A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complexity into clarity and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships in an international matrix environment.
• Experience with leading or contributing to digital or transformation projects is a plus.
• You are organizationally sensitive and connect naturally with business stakeholders. You sense what is needed and act accordingly.

• You speak Dutch and business-level English.
